We are excited to invite you to apply to be a part of WellFest 2026, happening on March 20, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM @ Lawrenceville Lawn.

 

This application is for those interested in being a Food vendor at the event. We’re looking for amazing vendors to help make Wellfest unforgettable.This event is for students and we are looking for vendors whose prices and offerings align with our goals for the event of providing acessible experiences for students. 

 

Please note that we plan to have the event at the Lawrenceville Lawn which can hold up to 15 vendors, but in the case of inclement weather, we will move the event to the Lawrenceville Art Center which decreases our ability to host many vendors, so we may have to cut you. Our every effort will be made to host WellFest as planned, but your participation may be subject to availability and event requirements. This information will be communicated accordingly.

We’re excited to invite you to apply to be a part of WellFest 2026, happening on March 20 2026, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Lawrenceville Lawn. This event is focused on students and mental wellness, and we are looking for student vendors whose offerings align with the event’s mission of promoting well-being, self-care, and mental health awareness.

 

This application is for student vendors offering original, hand-made items, including but not limited to fine art, photography, prints, decorative items for home, office, garden, or personal use, artisanal goods, and small business services. Examples include candles, custom clothing, essential oils, charm bracelets, and mental wellness-related products or services. We encourage student vendors whose work supports relaxation, self-care, mindfulness, and mental health initiatives. Please note, we do not allow vendors offering competing products or those whose services do not align with the event’s mission.

 

While we plan to host WellFest at Lawrenceville Lawn, which can accommodate up to 40 vendors, inclement weather may require us to move the event to the Lawrenceville Art Center, which has a reduced capacity. As a result, vendor participation may be subject to availability, and we will communicate any changes as soon as possible.

 

Applications will be reviewed and accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. We can’t wait to see what you bring to WellFest 2026 and look forward to partnering in support of student mental wellness!

This event is focused on fostering mental well-being, self-care, and awareness, and we are looking for organizations whose mission aligns with these goals.

 

This application is for non-profits and businesses offering products, services, or resources that promote mental wellness, emotional well-being, or mental health awareness for young adults.

 

Examples of eligible organizations might include:

 

  • Mental health counseling services or support groups
  • Non-profit organizations focused on youth mental health advocacy or education
  • Businesses offering wellness programs, fitness classes, or self-care products tailored to young adults
  • Organizations providing resources or information about stress management, mindfulness, or mental health education


Your participation is a great opportunity to connect with students and young adults, share valuable resources, and raise awareness about the importance of mental wellness. Please ensure that your offerings align with the event’s mission of promoting positive mental health for students and young adults.
