ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
Get ready for the inaugural Virginia Highland Mardi Gras celebration on February 7, 2026, packed with beads, bites, and Bourbon Street vibes. We’re bringing the spirit of New Orleans to Virginia Highland with a vibrant parade from 12-1 PM and a flavorful party from 1-4 PM you won’t want to miss.
VENDOR APPLICATION INFORMATION
To apply, please complete the below form. There is a non-refundable $10 application fee and $125 booth fee charged upon approval. We are looking for products that are unique (i.e. hand-made or custom made) and high quality. Please include as much information as possible and be sure to submit working/clickable links.

BOOTH INFORMATION
Vendors will be provided with a 10 ft wide x 10 ft deep empty space and must keep all setup within the boundaries of their designated area. Vendors are responsible for providing their entire display, including tables, tent, chairs, tablecloths, and other display items.
Your booth location and load in/out information will be provided prior to Feb. 7. We look forward to reviewing your application. Please reach out if you have any questions!
ABOUT THE PARADE
The Virginia Highland Mardi Gras Parade will feature up to 20 floats and groups, from walkers and bikers to wagons and decorated vehicles. The route is approximately 0.5 miles along Virginia Avenue, starting at the intersection with Arcadia Street and ending at North Highland Avenue.
PARTICIPANTS
All krewes welcome! We’re looking for marching bands, schools, dance groups, sports teams, local businesses, friend goups, and anyone ready to get in the Mardi Gras spirit. Spots are limited, so get your application in early!
HELPFUL TIPS
Come dressed in your festive best! We encourage participants to bring their own throws, make a sign with your krewe name, and play music. The more spirit, the better!
