A Very Murray Christmas Festival
Craft Vendor 2025
WHEN: Saturday, November 29th, 2025, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
WHERE: Murray's Mill Historic Site, 1489 Murray’s Mill Road, Catawba, N.C. 28609
SPACE: Displays are to be set up in 10' x 10' space provided. All spaces are located in the unlevel grassy field.
Electricity needs should be identified below, but are not assured.
EQUIPMENT: Bring your own, including table, chairs, leveling blocks, and an appropriate cover in case of rain &/or sun.
REGISTRATION FEE: A non-refundable fee of $100.00 per space is required. The event is rain or shine.
REGULATIONS: 1) Set-up will be Saturday from 8:00am - 9:30am & vehicles must be moved to the parking lot by 9:30am.
2) Parking: after you have unloaded your vehicle, please move it to all day parking nearby.
3) Someone must be present at your booth at all times.
4) Each booth must be free of litter. Trash containers will be provided.
5) Catawba Co. Hist. Assoc./Murray’s Mill can assume NO responsibility for loss or damage of your work.
6) You are encouraged to demonstrate your craft and provide a visually appealing exhibit.
7) Merchandise must be family friendly (No profanity, politics or nudity).
8) Check in upon arrival to site @ open shelter @ top of hill in front of John Murray House.
9) Vendor canopies should be secured to avoid fly away, but free of tent ropes/cords that obstruct walking traffic at tent.
10) Space heaters must be a minimum of 3’ away from tent walls and merchandise.
11) Vendor is responsible for all-appropriate county & state permits and rules.
12) Please provide digital photo of craft with application, if new vendor to site.
13) Booth space is limited and CCHA reserves the right not to honor a request for a booth.
14) Non-Food vendors are not allowed to sell drinks of any kind at their booth.

SPACE: Booths are to be set up in approximately 20' x 10' space. Please note the size of the food truck
below. Electricity needs should be identified below, but are not assured.
EQUIPMENT: Bring your own, including table, chairs, and an appropriate cover in case of rain &/or sun.
REGISTRATION FEE: We are asking for a $25 non refundable registration fee.
REGULATIONS: 1) Set-up is required prior to 9:00 am Saturday.
2) Someone must be present at your booth at all times.
3) Each booth must be free of litter. Trash containers will be provided.
4) Catawba County Historical Association can assume NO responsibility for loss or damage of
yours or others equipment and/or products.
5) Special needs should be identified below or prior to the event.
6) Vendor canopies should be free of ropes/cords that obstruct walking traffic around the tent.
7) Vendor is responsible for all appropriate county & state permits & rules governing your products.
8) Vendors must carry appropriate insurance.
9) Vendors are responsible for appropriate fire extinguishers.
10) All booth spaces are outside, on un-level ground/grass.
11) Vendor space is limited, and the HACC reserves the right not to grant booth space.
