About the application
ARTISTS QUICK INFO
-A limited number of artist booth spaces are available.
-Booth fees range from $100–$140 depending on location. A limited number of booths include electricity for an additional $10 fee.
-Electrical booths are located on the south side of the Recreation Center parking lot.
-A booth map can be viewed on the Main Event Information Page near the bottom.
-Event hours are 11am - 8pm (vendors will set-up and load their booths in a zone specific order beginning at 8:30am)
BOOTH INFORMATION
-Approved applicants will receive an email confirmation with booth assignment and a payment link.
-Payment must be completed within 10 days of acceptance.
-If payment is not received within that time and we have not heard from you, the booth space may be offered to an artist on the waiting list.

Millcreek Arts Council (MAC)
BOOTH SPACE
Booth payment reserves a 10’ x 10’ space
Electricity and adjacent parking are included only if purchased
Artists must stay within their assigned booth footprint
BOOTH EQUIPMENT
Booths do not include tents, lighting, tables, or display materials
Artists provide their own setup
REFUND POLICY
Booth fees are non-refundable and considered a donation to MAC
Booths may be transferred to another artist with MAC approval
SALES TAX
Vendors must collect and remit Utah sales tax
Vendor info submitted to the Utah Special Events Sales Tax Office after the event

SETUP & EVENT DAY
Setup begins August 15th at 8:30 AM
Setup times are staggered by booth location
Artists must arrive before 10:00 AM, booths ready by 10:45 AM
No vehicle entry after 10:15 AM
BOOTH ATTENDANCE
A representative must be present at all times
MAC Volunteers are available to watch booths for short breaks (up to 15 min)
Request setup/takedown help 1 week in advance
FIRST AID
Available onsite. For emergencies, call 911
ALCOHOL
Not permitted at Arts Fest.
LIABILITY
Baldwin Radio Factory, MAC, Millcreek City, and Venture Out are not responsible for injury, theft, or damage
Vendors assume full responsibility for products, vehicles, displays, and structures
CONDUCT
All vendors, staff, volunteers, and patrons must treat each other respectfully
Inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund
WEATHER
Arts Fest operates rain or shine, unless unsafe
No refunds for weather-related cancellations or no-shows
If cancelled due to circumstances beyond organizers’ control, booth fees refunded
