Trackside Cinema – Dec 19 Polar Express (Santa Fe Depot) | Food Vendor Registration

All aboard for a special edition of Trackside Cinema! This time, we’re moving the magic inside the historic Santa Fe Depot for a cozy showing of The Polar Express. Bundle up, bring the family, and enjoy the holiday spirit indoors while food vendors will be set up just outside the entrance, serving up festive favorites all night long. Show time begins at dusk.

For this fun, themed event, we’re looking for food vendors with holiday treats and warm, wintery offerings to help create a magical experience. It’s the perfect way to kick off the season in Downtown Temple!

Food vendor spaces are limited. Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance. Selected vendors will be contacted with confirmation and event-specific details. 

Vendor Requirements:

• Must have a valid food handler’s permit and health inspection certificate.
• Must comply with all City of Temple fire and health safety regulations.
• Vendors are responsible for their own setup, staffing, and power needs unless otherwise specified.
• Booths must remain open and operational during the full event timeframe.
• Vendors who fail to show up without prior communication will not be allowed to participate in future events.
