Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the spaces, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

Accepting 70 vendors 

 Please send in your application. Your information, pictures and social media will be reviewed. Space is limited, please apply early.  Your Vendor Fee: Pays for Ads, Venue, Staff and your space.

Please read to avoid repeated questions:

SET UP:  Arrive one hour before event to set up your table and area.

Please start arriving at 8:30am to begin your set up.

Baked Goods: Must be wrapped or in a package to sell. Label any ingredients to avoid allergic reactions. Prepared in a safe matter (by NY laws) 

Bring your own 6ft Table & Chair 

Indoors Space: 6ft table, side rack and two chairs space only.   

Electricity: outlets is first comes, gets it (limited spots) 

Break down: No early break downs! Tasha will give the signal to start breaking down. Looks bad if customers are still there. If you breakdown early you will not be able to sign up for future events. 

Garbage: At the end of the event, you are responsible to clean your area and leave it it clean. Carry in and carry out policy.

Cancellations: No refund if you cancel the two weeks, a week or days before event All vendors should have insurance if event is outside. Inside not needed. 

Parking:  Plenty of parking all over 

Advertise: I will advertise on all social media with paid ads: Rochester Area, Buffalo & Syracuse. We appreciate if vendors help in advertising. I pay for advertising only the market's events as a whole, not responsible for each vendor. Each Vendor participating, must advertise on their social medias their businesses and tag the event. Let's make this a success together! :) 

NY State: Highly recommend that your business follows all state tax regulations and rules

COVID: If you are experiencing any COVID Symptoms, please stay home. Reschedule for another event date. 

All fees must be paid the week of your acceptance. Allowing three of the same business to sell. Note: jewelry is allowed more since there is various looks
