Are you business owner looking to participate in the greatest event in the state? Join us as a commercial vendor at the Utah State Fair! Our goal is to partner with vendors that will best represent the Utah State Fair by providing our guests with excellent customer service, unique products, and a memorable experience.
Before filling out the application, please download and read the Commercial Vendor Handbook. You will be asked to agree to information within the handbook packet during the application process. If you wish to operate a food truck or stand please fill out the Concessionaire application. This does not apply to those looking to sell pre packaged and sealed items which are covered under the qualifications of a Commercial Vendor. If you have any questions, please contact the Commercial Vendor Manager.
Acceptance and Payment Schedule
February - Applications OPEN
March 4th - Acceptance emails and space proposals will be sent out
March 24th - First Non-Refundable deposit due for all accepted spaces.
March 25th - After this date, Non-Refundable deposits will be due at time of acceptance of space by Vendor.
April 28th - 2nd Space Payment due for accepted spaces.
June 1st - Final Space Payment due for accepted spaces
June 2nd - After this date, all spaces must be paid in full upon acceptance by the Vendor. Please note that after this date all payments are non-refundable
