Join us at our annual event, UNwineD as we showcase culinary creations by Northwest Florida's leading chefs, as well as craft beer, wine, and spirits from around the world.*THIS APPLICATION IS FOR SATURDAY ONLY, FRIDAY NIGHT IS A PRIVATE GARDEN PARTY* 

Event Date/Time: SATURDAY, APRIL 4TH, 12 PM - 4:30 PM (for all participants) 

Please note that we do not offer exclusivity for any specific products or food items. While we do our best to maintain a balanced and diverse vendor lineup, we cannot guarantee that other vendors won’t be offering similar or overlapping items.

Participating brands will:

1.     Be provided with a 10x10 tent or 10x20 tent (depending on your selection) with power and water access.

2.     Be provided with an 8' table and linen, or two 8' tables and linens (depending on your selection).

3.     Be provided with ice at no cost for the duration of the event.

4.     EXHIBITOR PARKING – PLEASE NOTE: Exhibitor Parking is provided in the grass lot located behind Aaron Bessant Park.

5.     Booth Load-In: (Booth # and location provided upon check-in.) Cart-in Only. Vehicles (except food trucks) must be removed from the load-in site as soon as emptied to allow for others to unload.

6.     Booth Tear Down: Packing up of booth supplies may begin at 6 PM on Saturday. Vehicles are NOT permitted onsite. You must use dollies. UNwineD staff will advise you when you can move your vehicle closer, and after everything is ready for loading. We suggest that you bring dollies and hand trucks to remove your booth valuables if you find it necessary to remove any items on Saturday (at the close of the event).

7.     Items to Bring: Handy items you may want to bring to set up your booth include - a staple gun, cable ties, duct tape, pens, Extension Cords 50-100 electric cords, lights, and scissors. If you have large, heavy items to move a dolly would be handy to also bring along with you.

8.     Electricity: Unless other requests and arrangements were made in your agreement, each space will have access to a single 110 outlet, located approx. 25’ from your booth. Exhibitors must provide their own 50’ outdoor approved extension cord for individual needs.

9.     Security: You are responsible for all valuables, items, and prizes at your booth. UNwineD employs private security, however, we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items from your booth.

10.  Equipment: Unless you have ordered (and paid for) a rental package, you are responsible for providing your own tent, weights, table, and chairs.

11.  Staffing: Please make sure the people staffing your booth are familiar with UNwineD Booth Policies & Guidelines. Coordinate staff access to the site in advance to avoid confusion. Every person staffing your booth, whether employees or subcontractors will need to check in at the Vendor Check-In booth.

12.  Cancellation Policy: No refunds for any fees paid. The application fee is taken immediately upon application received. Once the Committee approves you for the show, you will receive an acceptance email. No Refunds. No-Show Policy: Vendors who have not checked in and/or notified the event with a message via festival office phone (850-896-9566), or email (events@visitpanamacitybeach.com) by 10:30 AM on the day of the event, will be considered a NO-SHOW and the assigned space will be forfeited.  

SETUP DATE & TIME: FRIDAY, APRIL 3RD 8 AM - 3 PM *set up only* (Booth # and location provided upon check-in.) Cart in Only. Vehicles (except food trucks) must be removed from the load-in site as soon as emptied to allow for others to unload. SATURDAY, APRIL 4TH SATURDAY 8 AM Vehicles (except food trucks) must be removed from the load-in site by 11 AM. Please bring any carts/dollies, extension cords, lights, décor, tablecloths, or other items you might need. 

BOOTH HOURS: SATURDAY, APRIL 4TH, 12PM - 4:30 PM During Check-In it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to answer all phone calls. If you need immediate assistance, please see the staff at the Vendor Check-In booth.

Commitments Participating restaurants will receive: $1,500 stipend for a 10x10 tent $2,000 stipend for a 20x20 tent (Must be decorated by participating vendor) 

1. The opportunity to represent the local flavor of Panama City Beach to 2,000 attendees.
2. Inclusion in promotional materials.
3. Featured on the dedicated UNwineD website.
4. Inclusion in UNwineD press release with national and regional distribution.
5. Listing in the UNwineD eblast with distribution to over 95,000 people.
6. Inclusion on event social media posts on Visit Panama City Beach Social Media.
7. 10x10 tent and (2) 8-foot tables, linens, ice by request, and trash cans.
8. 20x20 tents are available to participating restaurants who want to go the extra step in showcasing their brand.

No-Show Policy: Vendors who have not checked in and/or notified the event with a message via festival office phone (850-233-5070), or email (events@visitpanamacitybeach.com) by 10:30 AM on the day of the event, will be considered a NO-SHOW and the assigned space will be forfeited.
