The home of the annual Undiscovered Realm Comic Con taking place at the Westchester County Center in White Plains New York.
Undiscovered Realm Comic Con brings Celebrity Guests, Vendors, Artists, Toys, Games, Collectibles, Comics, Anime, Shirts, Posters, Prints, Cosplay, and lots more for a family friendly event all under one roof to the Westchester County New York & Tri-State Area & beyond.

Parking instructions
Vendors, Artists, & Staff park in the lot behind the building.
Attendees can use the paid lot next to the venue or are free to find free street parking around the area.
Public Transportation:
The Metro North train from Grand Central Station in NYC stops right in the venue parking lot and several busses from all areas stop within a few minutes of the venue as well.

● NO FOOD, DRINK, LIVE ANIMAL, GAMES OF CHANCE, or VACATION GIVEAWAYS etc are allowed to vend.
Please be as descriptive as possible when listing the types of items you sell. We realize many booths carry a big mix of products but try to be as descriptive as you can, we use this information to make sure we have a good mix of vendors and also when doing the floor plan to try and avoid similar vendors being right next to each other.
In other words please dont say you just sell comics and then show up and have half a booth of Funko Pops etc.

You are applying for a non paid volunteer position to work at Undiscovered Realm Comic Con. You will receive an exclusive volunteer only event shirt as well as a food voucher at the concession stand for a meal and access to the event. Over time volunteers can become paid staff based on performance and time with the event on a case by case basis.
Certain guests may also give autographs and or photo ops for volunteers. This varies from guest to guest and is not guaranteed. If you have a specific request let your supervisor know and we will do the best we can to accommodate.
Shifts are from 9:30am to 7:30pm (with a break) on Saturday June 29th and 9:30am to 5:30pm on Sunday June 30th.
Positions will include sitting with the celebrity guests and taking payments, marking down payments, notating quotes or personalizations, and taking selfie photos for the customers and celebrity guest.
Line control of the celebrity autograph area and or potentially the panel room or Professional Photo Ops line.
You will learn a ton about what goes into running and working a comic con event and get to experience the joy from thousands of attendees while making memories of your own.
