We are thrilled to invite you to join us for our FREE Trans Day of Visibility Celebration, presented by CREW Health, on April 4th at the Central Florida Fairgrounds! 🌈✨ Trans Day of Visibility is an annual celebration dedicated to honoring transgender and nonbinary people while raising awareness of the challenges they face. It’s a powerful moment to recognize the resilience, accomplishments, and contributions of trans and nonbinary individuals—locally and around the world—and to stand together in solidarity. This FREE, family-friendly event celebrates the strength, joy, and brilliance of the trans and nonbinary community while fostering understanding, visibility, and inclusion across Central Florida. What to Expect: * Performances celebrating trans and nonbinary artistry * Fun, engaging activities for all ages * Resource booths featuring local LGBTQIA+ organizations * A welcoming, affirming space to connect, learn, and celebrate All are welcome. Whether you are transgender, nonbinary, an ally, or someone looking to learn and show support, we welcome you with open arms. When & Where: * April 4th | 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM * Central Florida Fairgrounds Let’s come together to uplift, celebrate, and stand proudly with the trans and nonbinary community. Visibility matters—let’s make it count. Please register each person attending to save your spot. Questions? It’s a time to recognize the accomplishments of transgender individuals around the world and to show solidarity with the transgender and nonbinary community. This FREE, family-friendly event honors the resilience, achievements, and contributions of transgender and nonbinary individuals while promoting understanding and inclusivity within our community. What to Expect: - Fun activities for all ages - Resource booths featuring LGBTQIA+ organizations - Vendor Marketplace featuring local businesses - A welcoming space for everyone to connect and celebrate This event is open to all—whether you are a member of the transgender and nonbinary community, an ally, or simply curious to learn and show support, we welcome you with open arms! When & Where: - April 4th | 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM - Pavilion at the Central Florida Fairgrounds Close and convenient parking is available. The Central Florida Fairgrounds is private property, and hired private security will be present. This is a private event open to the community. Come Out With Pride reserves the right to refuse entry or ask individuals to leave at our discretion to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere. No weapons or guns are permitted at any time. Filming and taking photos may or may not be permitted; this is at the discretion of the event organizers. This event is proudly hosted by Come Out With Pride’s Trans & Non-Binary Task Force in partnership with the Central Florida Fairgrounds. Let’s come together to uplift, celebrate, and stand in solidarity with the trans and nonbinary community. Visibility matters—let’s make it count! Please register each person to save your spot. This vibrant, free, family-friendly event celebrates and uplifts the trans and nonbinary community, and we are excited to spotlight not only our guests but also the incredible vendors who help make this celebration memorable.

 

Our goal is to create an inclusive and affirming marketplace that highlights the creativity, resilience, and contributions of trans and nonbinary individuals, as well as the businesses and organizations that support them.

 

Please know that small, local businesses owned and operated by queer, women, Black, and other marginalized entrepreneurs will be given priority.

 

What’s included for vendors:

  • A 6ft table and two chairs
  • Free parking nearby
  • Private security to ensure a safe event environment
  • Participation in our virtual marketplace, with your logo and hyperlink featured on this event page

We encourage vendors to bring items or activities to make your space engaging for attendees. Additional logistical details will be shared as the event approaches.

We’re opening up space and centering you! At our Trans Day of Visibility Celebration, we’re inviting our community to step into the spotlight and take center stage. This is a free opportunity created with intention — to uplift, celebrate, and make space for your story.

 

We want to hear your trans experiences — whether it’s coming out, transitioning, family relationships, or personal triumphs.

 

This is a fun, family-friendly (PG-13) event.


We kindly ask everyone to be mindful and respectful when sharing, so everyone can enjoy a welcoming and positive environment. Let’s celebrate in a way that’s inclusive, uplifting, and joyful for all ages.

 

Show up as your full, authentic self and share your journey in a way that feels powerful to you. Sing, dance, lip-sync, perform a skit, share spoken word, or showcase your art — whatever allows you to express your truth and your joy.

 

Each participant will get a 3–5 minute spotlight to:
• Share your story and journey
• Express yourself in a way that feels authentic and affirming
• Invite the audience to connect and celebrate with you
• Honor and uplift Trans Day of Visibility in your own unique way

 

We welcome you. We celebrate you. Let’s truly celebrate Trans Day of Visibility together.
