Vendors can set up on Friday (10am-9pm) or Saturday, check-in by 8:30 am, and be packed up by Monday morning. Those participating in both weekends can stay set up but make sure to take anything valuable. They should bring their own tents, tables, and chairs. This is an application for a space in the festival grounds with a period encampment. All equipment should have a historical look and tents have a canvas appearance from 20 feet away. Modern supplies should be hidden. Otherwise your camp should be in the modern camping area. An encampment must have 2 or more tents. If you are a single tent contact us directly so you can be included in our Staff Encampment. If you are Demonstrating then fill out that application.
Camps should be adding to the event and interacting with the public in some way. Each member of the encampment must have a job adding to the festival. We do not hand out passes for just setting up a period tent. If you have extra people with no camp job they are welcome to apply as a volunteer to get complementary passes but still stay in your encampment.
Camps with a gate MUST have a welcome or open sign so patrons know they can enter your space.
