Black Art Pop-Up at Blavity Fest 2025

Be a part of the Black Art Pop-Up during Blavity Fest 2025 in Atlanta — a vibrant art activation taking place inside one of the country’s most influential festivals celebrating Black culture, creativity, and innovation.
Location: Lee + White, 929 Lee Street SW, Atlanta, GA
Artists will have a the option to have a 6 x 6 booth space participate in:
- 1-Day Experience (Saturday, May 31st only) – $300
- 2-Day Experience (Saturday, May 31st & Sunday, June 1st) – $475
This pop-up will feature 30 Black visual artists showcased under a 40x40 tent located at Lee + White in Atlanta, with exposure to over 6,000 festival attendees across the weekend.
Dates & Times:
- Saturday, May 31st – 10AM to 8 PM
- Sunday, June 1st – 10AM to 8PM
- Load In: 9AM on each day
Each accepted artist will receive a curated 6 x 6 booth space and be part of an unforgettable experience at the intersection of art, music, and Black excellence.

Application Requirements:
Portfolio: Submit up to 5 images of your work
Visual Artists:
Painting (Acrylic, Oil, Watercolor,)
Mixed Media (Collage, drawings, found objects, textiles, paper, metal, wood, and digital elements to create visually dynamic and textured artworks.
Photography
Digital Art
Sculptures
Vendors:
Clothing
Authors
Crafts can consist of:
Handmade jewelry (e.g., necklaces, bracelets, earrings)
Ceramics and pottery
Woodworking and woodcraft
Hand-sewn textiles (e.g., quilts, clothing, accessories)
Paper crafts (e.g., origami, handmade cards, paper sculpture)
Candle making
Soap making and other bath and body self care products
Glass art and glassware
Metalworking and metal crafts
Leatherwork and leather crafts
Not Allowed:
Exhibitors under the age of 21, even if you're 20 this isn't allowed.
Art theft of any kind or using other artists' works on their products such as mugs, blankets, or art prints.
Vendors selling items not specified in the allowed list (e.g., food, Beverages, electronics, bundles, lashes etc).
- Yoga teachers, Individuals giving speeches or presentations).
Tarot or readings if that's the sole offering with no other products or services provided
Mentors/Therapists who aren't offering any physical products in addition to their services
Anything that violates the event's guidelines or policies regarding content, safety, or legality.
Review:
Our team will conduct a thorough review of your work and consider you for the exhibit within 24 hours.If selected and approved, your registration fee will be charged.
Setup: All exhibitors are provided with a 6ft x 6ft floor space under our 40 x 40 exhibition tents and will be required to bring their own grid panel displays, easels, tables, etc for presentation. Exhibitors are required to be on site the entire duration of the festival day.
Sales: Exhibitors keep 100% of their sales.
