NonProfitThis application is for 501c3 Non-Profit Organizations and Government Entities to participate in the official 2024 Atlanta Pride Marketplace. To be considered a non-profit, your organization must be listed as a 501c3 organization with the IRS. The EIN for your organization must match the official IRS 501c3 notice you received when given your 501c3 status. Campaigns and elected officials should use the Small Business - Political Marketplace Application. To qualify as a small business, you must meet no more than two of the following criteria:
CorporationThis Application is for Corporations to participate in the official 2024 Atlanta Pride Marketplace. To qualify as a corporation, you must have both of the following: An annual revenue of over $1 Million for the most recent fiscal year and twenty-one (21) or more employees. Non-Refundable Application. Please ensure you complete the correct form, as the $50 Application Fee is non-refundable, even if you accidentally complete the wrong application. As a standard requirement for all Pride Festival Vendors, it is essential to provide proof of general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing, with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. If you lack this coverage, we've arranged for all Exhibitors to access it at a significant discount by obtaining it as part of a group. To facilitate this process, please click here to complete a brief questionnaire, pay online, and secure your Confirmation of Coverage. This comprehensive coverage can be obtained for $65, plus any relevant state tax. It is crucial to have proof of alternative coverage meeting these minimum requirements or to secure coverage through the provided link before your scheduled move-in date and/or the event registration deadline. Please note that you will not be permitted to move in or exhibit without proper insurance coverage in place, with The Atlanta Pride Committee, Inc. listed as an Additional Insured.

- Application Fees - A $50 Application fee will be charged upon submission.
- Booth Fees and Upgrades are charged on Approval.
- Additional fees will be assessed for exhibitors who cancel within 30 days of the festival, do not check in on both Saturday and Sunday or leave their booth messy without check-out.
- Booth - A standard 10' x 10' space. This includes one (1) six-foot table and 2 chairs at no additional charge.
- Corner Booth - A standard 10' x 10' space with one (1) neighboring booth and has empty space on one side. Note: This space cannot be used for any purpose other than access into your booth.
