Moore Square Winterfaire is December 11th-December 14th, 2025 at Moore Square Park in Downtown Raleigh.

The setup will be all outdoors and all vendors will have tents and lighting provided for them! All vendors will set-up for all 4 days, there will not be different vendors or food trucks each day to make load-in and out easier.

More about this event: This is our first ever Moore Square Winterfair! It will be a 4-day European style holiday market including local vendors, food, decorations and activities! This event is in partnership with Parks and Rec/The City of Raleigh, and other possible partners include Downtown Raleigh Association and Marbles.

Thursday, December 11th, 2025 – 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Friday, December 12th, 2025 – 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Saturday, December 13th, 2025 – 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Sunday, December 14th, 2025 – 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

-$500 "10x10-Tent" Vendor fee ($125/day) and 6% Eventeny fees will be due when accepted into this market. We will be accepting 60-80 vendors for this event.

-$400 "Services" Vendor fee ($100/day) and 6% Eventeny fees will be due when accepted into this market

-$2,000 Sponsor fee ($500/day) and 6% Eventeny fees will be due when accepted into this market. We will be accepting 6-8 sponsors for this event.

No refunds or market credits

No MLM (Multi-Level-Marketing)

No CBD/THC products allowed

Vendors participating in our annual MAKRS Holiday Fest will get first dibs on this event. If you haven't applied for the MAKRS Holiday Fest yet, make sure to do so for your best chance in getting accepted into this event.
