Photography & Media Release By entering the event, guests acknowledge and agree that photography, video, and audio recordings may be taken during Taste of Vail – Après on the Streets. These images and recordings may be used by Taste of Vail, its partners, sponsors, and affiliates for marketing, promotional, archival, and editorial purposes in any media, without compensation or further notice. Assumption of Risk & Personal Responsibility By purchasing a ticket and attending Taste of Vail – Après on the Streets, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to weather conditions, uneven surfaces, crowd activity, food and beverage consumption, and alcohol service. Guests acknowledge that they are responsible for their own conduct, choices, and well-being during the event. Taste of Vail, its producers, partners, sponsors, and the Town of Vail are not responsible for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the event. Mountain weather can change rapidly; guests should prepare accordingly. In the event of severe weather, Taste of Vail reserves the right to pause, modify, or evacuate the event as necessary. Announcements and instructions will be communicated clearly by staff and over event communication channels. Taste of Vail is a respectful, inclusive event. Disorderly conduct, aggressive behavior, or failure to follow safety guidelines may result in removal from the event without refund. Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas, in accordance with Town of Vail regulations. he event takes place outdoors and will proceed rain, snow, or shine. Guests are encouraged to dress appropriately for mountain weather and variable conditions. Clearly marked emergency access lanes must remain unobstructed at all times. All participants must comply with instructions from event staff, security, fire personnel, and Town of Vail officials.
