Following Staff Instructions: Attendees must comply with all requests from event staff regarding operational and emergency procedures.
Food and Drink Consumption:
Assumption of Risk: Attendees assume all risks associated with consuming food and drink at the event, including potential adverse health effects due to allergies.
Alcohol Policies:
No outside alcohol is permitted. Event organizers may reserve the right to request identification and refuse to serve alcohol to individuals appearing intoxicated. Service of alcohol will adhere to all applicable laws and regulations. Clear signage regarding alcohol policies and responsible consumption should be present.
Drink limits, wristbands for age verification (if minors are present), and designated consumption areas may be implemented.
Food Allergies and Dietary Needs: Attendees with allergies or special dietary needs are typically responsible for informing the event organizers in advance.
Liability and Indemnification:
