About the event
The Old Fourth Ward Neighborhood Association (O4WNA) welcomes you to join the 2025 Taste of the Fourth! Your ticket to our premier annual fund raiser provides you with access to all-you-can-eat-and-drink foods and beverages from the many O4W-based restaurants at the event. The Taste of the Fourth also includes a DJ, a chance to mix and mingle with old and new friends, and chance to win one of many raffle prizes—all in support of a good cause! Ticket sales begin August 19, 2025. A limited number of early bird tickets are available Aug. 19 - Aug. 31 for a discounted price of $50!

We need your help to make the 2025 Taste of the Fourth (ToTF) the best one yet! ToTF Volunteers are asked to contribute in various ways, such as assisting with event organization, setup, and cleanup. Tasks may include supporting attendees with checking in, helping with raffle sales and ticketing, assisting with set up, or supporting clean up. Volunteers may also contribute through security assistance, equipment transport, photography, or post-event follow-up. Essential qualities often include teamwork, strong communication, reliability, and a positive attitude. Event volunteers play a vital role in making a difference for the event, and for the O4WNA and its mission. If you're interested in supporting this event and your neighborhood, apply today to be a volunteer!
Terms & Conditions
General Conduct and Safety: Compliance with Laws and Rules: Attendees must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, event terms and conditions, and venue rules and policies. Failure to do so can result in removal from the event. Respectful Behavior: Attendees are expected to be courteous and respectful, refraining from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior. Safety Awareness: Attendees should be mindful of their surroundings and report any dangerous situations or individuals in distress to event organizers. Following Staff Instructions: Attendees must comply with all requests from event staff regarding operational and emergency procedures. Food and Drink Consumption: Assumption of Risk: Attendees assume all risks associated with consuming food and drink at the event, including potential adverse health effects due to allergies. Alcohol Policies: No outside alcohol is permitted. Event organizers may reserve the right to request identification and refuse to serve alcohol to individuals appearing intoxicated. Service of alcohol will adhere to all applicable laws and regulations. Clear signage regarding alcohol policies and responsible consumption should be present. Drink limits, wristbands for age verification (if minors are present), and designated consumption areas may be implemented. Food Allergies and Dietary Needs: Attendees with allergies or special dietary needs are typically responsible for informing the event organizers in advance. Liability and Indemnification: Release of Liability: Attendees generally agree to release event organizers from any liability for injuries, illness, damage, or loss incurred during the event, including those related to food and beverage consumption, weather, or contagious diseases. Hold Harmless Agreement: Attendees may be required to indemnify and hold event organizers harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation. Event Specifics: Tickets and Entry: Information about valid tickets, wristbands, or badges for entry and identification purposes will be provided. Filming and Photography: Attendees acknowledge that the event may be filmed or photographed, and may grant permission for their likeness to be used in promotional materials. Force Majeure: A "force majeure" clause may be included in contracts, outlining situations (e.g., severe weather) that could lead to event cancellation or postponement and the resulting refund/rescheduling policies. Intellectual Property: Restrictions on using event trademarks or intellectual property without permission may be included.
