The second Tanner Polo Classic will take place on Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026 at Adams Farm in Carrollton, GA, beginning at 2pm. This year's Polo Classic directly benefits the Sally and John Francis Tanner Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton. The fee for vendors to participate is $50, due at the time of commitment. Additionally, vendors who are chosen to participate in the Vendor Village are asked to commit to giving back a portion of their sales to the NICU fund at Tanner Health Foundation.

Our selection committee will review all applications. You will receive an email by May 1, 2026 from Foundation@Tanner.org if selected.
On the day of the event, the below are provided by Tanner Health Foundation for each vendor:

Set up begins on Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026 at 8am and concludes when the path to the Vendor Village is closed at noon. Vendors are expected to be fully set up by 1pm. For the safety of all participants and guests, take down will begin at 6:30pm. In the event of inclement weather, this year's Tanner Polo Classic will take place on Sunday, Oct. 25, 2026.
Vendors operating under a multi-level marketing (MLM) or direct sales model are not eligible to apply.
Applications are accepted now through April 15, 2026. All donations are tax-deductible when there are no benefits received.
