By purchasing a ticket, applying as a vendor, or attending Winter Warmer / Tailspin Ale Fest 2026, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Event Overview
Winter Warmer and Tailspin Ale Fest 2026 are outdoor craft beer and social events featuring breweries, food vendors, craft vendors, and on-site displays. The event takes place 100% outdoors and will proceed rain, snow, or shine.
2. Ticket Policy
All tickets must be purchased in advance. No tickets will be sold at the gate.
This event historically sells out; entry is not guaranteed without a valid ticket.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the event organizers.
3. Age Requirement
Attendees must be 21+ with a valid government-issued ID to enter.
No exceptions will be made for expired or digital-only IDs.
4. Weather Conditions
The event is held entirely outdoors. Guests are responsible for dressing appropriately for winter weather.
The event will not be canceled due to cold temperatures, snow, or other seasonal conditions unless safety is threatened.
5. Conduct & Safety
Disorderly conduct, intoxication, harassment, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
All guests must follow instructions from event staff, security, and safety personnel.
Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
6. Vendors
All vendors must comply with local health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Vendors must adhere to their assigned setup and breakdown times.
BOOTH SPACE & EQUIPMENT
Vendors will be provided approximately an 8' x 8' space within the tent structure. One table and two chairs will be included. Any additional tables or chairs can be made available for an extra cost—please notify the organizers in advance if you require them. Vendors are responsible for their merchandise and equipment at all times.
The event provides no guarantee of sales, foot traffic, or exclusivity.
Vendors must maintain the cleanliness of their space and remove all trash at the end of the event.
7. Photo & Media Release
By attending, you grant permission for the event organizers to use photos or videos captured during the event for promotional purposes without compensation.
8. Liability
Attendees assume all risks associated with outdoor winter events, alcohol consumption, and participation in festival activities.
Event organizers, sponsors, and venue partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
By entering, attendees release organizers from any liability related to injury, illness, or damages occurring during the event.
9. Changes & Cancellations
Event programming, brewery participation, vendor lineup, and entertainment may change without notice.
In the rare event of cancellation due to extreme safety concerns, organizers will communicate next steps through official channels.
10. Acceptance of Terms
Entry into the event constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Those who do not agree should not attend.
