Parking instructions
UNLOADING VEHICLES! All vehicles whether on the grass or near the gate must be moved to a designated parking space as soon as you are finished unloading your products. Absolutely NO vehicles are allowed to drive on the volleyball court AT ANY TIME! TEARING DOWN! Only staff are allowed to open the gate! At 2:00 vendors are allowed to begin tearing down. As soon as staff open the gate (2:00pm) vendors are allowed to move there vehicles onto the grass or near the gate to begin loading up there products. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE OFF THE GRASS BY 4:00 PM SO STAFF CAN CLOSE THE GATE! ABSOLUTELY NO VEHICLES ON THE VOLLEYBALL COURT!
Health & safety
For everyone's safety, 30 lb. weights are required on EACH leg of your canopy at set up. — NO WEIGHTS = NO SET UP. Please remember: If a canopy blows and damages another vendor's booth or products, you'll be responsible for paying damages on the spot. If someone is injured due to an unsecured canopy, you'll be responsible for all medical costs. We know weights aren't the most glamorous part of market day, but they keep everyone safe and prevent accidents. Pack your weights. Secure your canopy. Enjoy a safe and fun market! DON'T FORGET YOUR WEIGHTS!
