STX Markets Vendor Application
Important Information:
STX Markets hosts curated maker markets that highlight handmade, small-batch, and artist-created goods, creating a cohesive and elevated shopping experience for our community.
Please review the information below before submitting your application.
Theme Commitment (Required):
This is a themed market experience inspired by the music, albums, and eras of Sabrina Carpenter and Olivia Rodrigo.
To maintain a cohesive and immersive event atmosphere, at least 80% of vendors on site are required to be on theme.
By submitting an application, vendors agree to the following:
You must commit to offering themed items inspired by Sabrina Carpenter and/or Olivia Rodrigo, including references to their albums, eras, lyrics, color palettes, aesthetics, or overall musical vibe.
Themed elements should be clearly represented in your products, booth display, packaging, or signage.
Vendors are expected to market and promote their participation as a themed booth leading up to the event (social media, captions, visuals, etc.).
Applications serve as confirmation that you are actively planning and preparing on-theme inventory for this event.
STX Markets reserves the right to limit or decline vendors who do not align with the event theme in order to preserve the overall experience for attendees and fellow vendors.
Key Details:
This event will be outdoors, please prepare accordingly
STX Markets accepts 3–5 vendors per category to maintain balance and variety
