Suwanee Scarecrow Contest

Rules and Guidelines
The spookiest contest of the year is here! Businesses are invited to participate by creating their very own scarecrow display.
★    Each business is responsible for picking up their scarecrow at Suwanee City Hall (330 Town Center Avenue) and purchasing all decorating materials.

★    All businesses must sign up online and pay the $45 participation fee.

★    Scarecrows must be family-friendly, created in good taste, and may not reflect any social, political, religious, or controversial themes. Scarecrows that do not follow these rules will be removed. 

★    Once decorated, scarecrows will remain on display at the business location from the time they are set up until November 5th for the public to enjoy.

Contest Timeline
October 11-20th: Businesses can apply 

October 27-31st:  Scarecrow pickup available at Suwanee City Hall Monday-Friday 8 am – 5 pm.
November 1-30th: Online voting begins.
November 30th midnight: Online voting closes.
December 16th: Contest winner will be recognized at the Suwanee City Council meeting.
