Start your week with calm, clarity, and sunshine. Join us at South Riding Center pool deck for a Yoga & Meditation session open to everyone from beginners to seasoned yogis.
This class is $3.00 per person for South Riding residents—just bring your own mat and any equipment you prefer. Please plan to arrive 15mins early to check in and find your place on the pool deck. You will need a valid South Riding pool pass when you check in.
Flow, breathe, and unwind as the sound of the water sets the perfect backdrop for relaxation.
