Terms & Conditions

By attending the Sugar Rush Festival & Holiday Market Days, attendees agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by Buzz Events LLC. Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the event and release Buzz Events, its affiliates, and vendors from any liability for injuries or damages. No outside food or drink is allowed. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, weapons, illicit substances, and pets (service animals exempted). By participating, attendees grant Buzz Events permission to use their likeness for promotional purposes. Weather conditions may affect event operations; check event website for updates.
