By registering for, attending, or participating in any Spring To It! event hosted by Allegory Market a division of Allegory Design LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Event dates, times, and locations are subject to change due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control. Any updates will be communicated through Eventeny and official Allegory Market channels. All attendees must comply with venue rules and local regulations. Allegory Market reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or not aligned with the event’s community standards. Participation & Conduct: Spring To It! events are intended to foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment. Harassment, aggressive behavior, or unsafe practices will not be tolerated. Participants agree to engage in good faith and act responsibly toward other attendees, vendors, and organizers. Trades & Exchanges: The Spring To It! Dahlia Tuber Exchange is a trade-only event. No cash sales are permitted during the exchange. Allegory Market does not guarantee the availability, quality, or viability of plants, tubers, seeds, or goods exchanged at the event. All trades, exchanges, and purchases are made at the sole discretion and risk of the participants involved. Health & Plant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring that any plants, tubers, or seeds they bring are properly labeled and in suitable condition for trade. Allegory Market is not responsible for the transmission of pests, diseases, or plant-related issues. Liability & Assumption of Risk: Attendance and participation are voluntary. By attending, you assume all risks associated with the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss. Allegory Market, event staff, volunteers, sponsors, and venue partners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event. Media Release: By attending, you grant Allegory Market a division of Allegory Design LLC permission to photograph or record the event and use images or recordings for promotional, educational, or archival purposes without compensation. Weather & Outdoor Areas: Event is indoors and will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise announced. Allegory Market is not responsible for weather-related damage to personal property. Acceptance of Terms: Attendance or participation in a Spring To It! event constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
