🚫 HALCYON RESTRICTIONS: ice cream, fudge, chocolates, ice cream cakes and/or in-store hand-made confections, pet food, pet accessories and related pet merchandise, retail sales of soaps
All booths are outdoor on the green. We have a very limited number of booths available. 10x10 tents are required with 40 pound weights per leg. Booths are $175, PLUS Eventeny fees which are approximately 6%.
There is no guaranteed access to electricity. You will need to bring your own power source.
I have included a tentative vendor layout for reference only. This is ONLY a mock-up at this time.
Your booth fee includes space ONLY. You must provide your own table(s), displays, chair(s), and floor-length tablecloths (no plastic tablecloths allowed). All boxes/bins/overstock/wagons/etc. must be hidden below tables.
Please do not drag any tables, chairs, or tents along the green. If you need assistance just ask a fellow vendor.
This event is RAIN-OR-SHINE. If there is inclement weather you will be informed of any updates.
