Sensory-Friendly Environment: This is a sensory-considerate event. We do not permit flash photography or loud music in order to maintain a comfortable atmosphere for attendees who are sensitive to light or sound.
Ear Protection Available: Free ear plugs are available at the check-in table for anyone who needs them.
Cleanliness & Hygiene: Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the venue. Please wash or sanitize your hands regularly.
Respect Personal Space: Be mindful of others' comfort levels and respect personal boundaries, especially in crowded areas.

Terms & Conditions
1. Ticketing & Entry
Ticket Validity: Each ticket admits one person and is non-transferable.
Check-In Process: All attendees must check in at the designated entry table located by the front glass doors near the Spinny Brand flag/sign. Please have your name and order number ready.
VIP Fast Pass: VIP guests may use the dedicated VIP line to bypass standard entry.
Wristbands: Wristbands will be issued based on your ticket purchase. All attendees must wear their wristband at all times while at the event. No re-entry or VIP access will be allowed without it.
Early Entry: Combo VIP holders may enter at 10:30 AM. Individual VA VIP holders will enter at the same time as GA guests.
2. VIP Access & Benefits
ALL VA VIP: Includes access to all VIP lines, early entry, and a Spinny Brand Bag. You may re-enter VIP lines as many times as desired to meet each guest. Only the VIP wristband holder is permitted in the VIP line.
Individual VIP: Grants one-time access to skip the line for the selected guest only. Entry time is the same as GA.
3. Guest Access & Additional Tickets
Each attendee must have their own GA or VIP ticket.
Any additional guests without a valid ticket must purchase one at the door, if available.
4. Guest Interactions
Our team works to ensure every attendee has a chance to meet their favorite guests, get autographs, and take photos.
Autograph and photo pricing is set by the individual voice actors and is not included in your ticket price.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as lines are managed fairly.
5. Conduct & Behavior
We are committed to creating a safe, fun, and inclusive environment. Attendees are expected to treat all individuals with courtesy and respect, including:
Staff and volunteers
Vendors and security
Bartenders and venue personnel
Featured guests and voice actors
Harassment, aggressive behavior, or failure to follow event guidelines may result in removal without refund.
6. Liability Disclaimer
By attending, you agree that Spinny Brand, its staff, and affiliated partners are not responsible for personal injury, lost or stolen property, or any damages incurred during the event.
7. Media Release
By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These materials may be used for promotional purposes by Spinny Brand without compensation or further permission.
