Southern Roots Craft Fair

2025 Southern Roots Craft Fair Application Deadline: All applications must be submitted by Oct 15, 2025, to guarantee a space. Fees & Refunds Vendor fees are non-refundable. Acceptance to Event Selection & Notification: The Southern Roots Vendor committee will review all applications and notify vendors of their acceptance no later than October 18, 2025. Criteria: Decisions will be based on the desired mix, number, and variety of vendors, as well as site and utility limitations. Payment Processing: Payment is required at the time of application; however, your card will only be charged upon acceptance. Approval Requirement: Only those who submit all required documents and receive official approval from the Committee may display and sell at the Craft Fair. Mandatory Setup: Friday, November 7, 2025, 10 AM – 6 PM (select preferred time window). Rain or shine event: vendors must provide tents covering their entire booth(s). No late setup, early breakdown, or vehicle access Saturday morning. Breakdown supervised by staff ticket system; all trash must be disposed of in dumpsters. Camping overnight on Friday night is allowed on premise for free - reach out to us at southernrootscraftfair@ for details. Limited capacity. Holiday Inn Express is offering a 12% discount for Southern Roots vendors that would like to stay for Friday night. Liability Waiver: The Vendor is Solely responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to their booth, equipment, or products at the Southern Roots Craft Fair. The Southern Roots Craft Fair and The North Wilkesboro Speedway accept no liability for such incidents. The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the North Wilkesboro Speedway and Southern Roots Craft Fair and their representatives from any related claims or costs, including for damage caused by the Vendor to City or business property.
