We’re thrilled that you’re interested in being part of the Smuttynose Food Truck & Craft Beer Festival! Please take a few moments to review our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic agreement, and by selecting your space, you are electronically validating and approving your participation in this event.

Health and Fire

Please make sure you have all your up to date permits for Health & Fire 
Fire does require you to have a fire extinguisher and a propane detector.

Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Please upload your Certificate of Insurance in the “Questions” section of your application.
All required COI wording can be found in the attachments under “Document Templates, Files, Instructions & Waivers.”

 
Event Load-In Information
You’ll receive a detailed Load-In Email with all setup and breakdown instructions on Friday, May 22, 2026. If you’re bringing a trailer, you’ll need to unhitch your vehicle and park in the vendor lot.
There is free parking available for vendors outside the fort.

 
Payment & Policies
Your credit card will be charged immediately upon approval.
Payment is due at registration.
We do not offer exclusivity, and all sales are final — no refunds.
