By purchasing a ticket and attending our events, you agree to the following: General Guidelines Supervision: Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Our staff provides guidance but does not assume childcare responsibilities. Allergies: We are unable to guarantee an allergen-free environment. Parents/guardians are solely responsible for monitoring and managing their child’s food allergies. Please check with staff before allowing your child to consume treats. Health & Wellness: For the safety of all, please do not bring children who are sick, showing symptoms of illness or who have been recently exposed to contagious conditions. Activities & Safety Our events involve art supplies, sensory materials and food treats. While we provide safe and age-appropriate items, participation is at your own risk. Parents/guardians acknowledge that some activities may get messy, please dress children in play clothes. The slime lab, foam machine and sensory play areas may be a bit slippery, please be aware. Tickets & Refunds Tickets are generally non-refundable but may be transferred to another child or date (with prior approval and subject to availability). Please ask about ticket refund exemptions. Sibling discounts must be purchased at the same time as the main ticket. In the event of cancellation due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, tickets may be rescheduled or credited toward a future event. Photography & Media By attending, you consent to the possibility of your child being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you prefer otherwise, please notify us at check-in. Liability Waiver By attending, you release The ARTCLUBga and Great American Cookies/Marble Slab Creamery of Smyrna Market Village from any claims, injuries or damages arising from participation in these events.
