







This Roster is for Musicians and Bands who have already come to an agreement with Keith, and will be performing at the Sierra Bigfoot Music Festival 2026.

- Please note each band member must sign the Black Oak Release
- This application is for Artists, Makers & Vendors.
- Fee's are for a 3 day booth space rental.
- Booth spaces are on the grass.
- Attendance in 2024 was 2100.
- Vendor set up is Thursday August 21 (Friday, August 22 by pre-approval only.)
- All 4 walls on your pop-up must be secure over night and be anchored with sandbags or weights. This is required.
- Overnight Security 7pm-7am Thursday, 11pm-7am Friday and Saturday nights.
- Vendor agrees to keep their booth open until 8:30pm or later on Friday and Saturday and 6:00pm on Sunday.
- Vehicles are NOT allowed at vendor booth, (per venue policy)
- You must drive in on the dirt, unload and move vehicle to vendor parking lot. NO vehicles on grass.
- Booth fees will be collected at the time application is approved. *no spaces will be held without payment.
- All Vendors must submit a Certificate of Liability with Sierra Bigfoot Music Festival and Tuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians, Tuolumne Economic Development Authority, Inc., including subdivisions therof, and Tuolumne Me-Wuk Indian Housing Authority, Inc. listed as Additionally Insured.
- Vendor may not alter or use our logo without Promoters written approval.

- Inappropriate behavior will result in being ejected by the Campground Host. *your fee's will not be returned and you will not be invited or allowed to return to future events.

Are YOU fun, interesting and entertaining??
Maybe you are a Hula Hooper, Juggler, Dance Group or Theater Troupe, a Fire Dancer, Belly Dancer, Stilt Walker, Children's Entertainer or some other cool Entertainer?
We are looking for Performers of all types!
- Entertain our guests for 15-30 minutes each in-between the bands. or
- Wander through the crowd adding to their experience. or
- Create Live Art, stage front, during a bands performance.
- Payment scale is sliding and will range from comped festival entry to a small stipend or a partial trade for a booth space. Other perks may be offered depending on performers offerings.
- All Performers must submit a Certificate of Liability with Sierra Bigfoot Music Festival and Tuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians, Tuolumne Economic Development Authority, Inc., including subdivisions therof, and Tuolumne Me-Wuk Indian Housing Authority, Inc. listed as Additionally Insured.

All Volunteers will be pre-approved. You will receive an approval email.
- Volunteer Shifts are typically 4-6 hours.
- Volunteers may receive one or several perks, depending on level of participation; festival entry, a festival tee shirt, hat or water bottle, lunch. All receive our appreciation!
1 shift=1day free entry.
Volunteer agrees not to be inebriated before or during shift. (this will void agreement.)
