Lindsey Broome is the Events and Programs Manager for the City of Lawrenceville, where she leads a team that together curates a year-round calendar of large-scale, high-impact events. From multi-day festivals and cultural celebrations to outdoor concerts, movie nights, and holiday experiences, their work brings the community together in meaningful and memorable ways. Lindsey also leads the Legacy Leaders Youth Council and serves on local school advisory boards, helping connect students to the heart of their city. Her work is driven by a passion for storytelling through events and creating moments that leave a lasting impression.

Emily Zillweger is the Recreation Coordinator of Special Events for the City of Marietta, where she wrangles parades, programs wizard duels, and occasionally finds glitter in her spreadsheets. Along with her team within the Parks, Recreation, and Facilities Department, she is dedicated to bringing diverse and fun experiences to the Marietta Community. She leads the production of signature events like Marietta the Gathering and the 4th in the Park Celebration, blending logistics with creativity to make city events feel anything but ordinary. With a background in dance and a deep love for the “weird,” Emily brings energy, imagination, and just the right amount of chaos to every event she touches.
