Second Sunday at Weymouth Center {Pop Up in the Pines} [Oct 11]

Market hours are from 11-4, set up starts at 9am

DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY WITHOUT EXPLICIT PRIOR APPROVAL. 

 You will receive this info in the Vendor Newsletter.

Breakdown should be complete no later than 5pm. Plan on breaking down your event (no breakdowns prior to 4pm) and THEN going getting your car to load. 

Regarding this new process: 

If you have special requests  please request in special instructions even if you've previously emailed or told me. 

You will only be charged if you are approved. 

Approved applications will be automatically charged on the listed date which will be about a month to 3 weeks prior to the event (the specific date will be listed on each event date when you check out). If you are applying after said listed date, you will be automatically charged if/when you are approved. 

If you need extra help, please don't hesitate to reach out to me via eventeny. 

PLEASE PLEASE fill out ALL applicable fields, specifically if you are a new vendor. I need the information in order to provide a full experience.. If you do not provide any information about what you are selling/marketing, you will be waitlisted until you do. If you do not share social/website/photos/logos, I will not be able to promote your business. 

NightMarket hours are from 5-9, set up starts at 2:45pm.

Day Market hours are 11-4, set up starts at 9

Breakdown should be complete no later than 1 hour past market close. Plan on breaking down your event (no breakdowns prior to market close) and THEN going getting your car to load.

ALL cancellations & event related communications MUST be through Eventeny Messages.
