The City of Rowlett is excited to announce the return of our annual Scarecrows on Main competition! Join us in showcasing Rowlett's artistic talents in one of our competition categories. First place winners will be announced on Rowlett social media! BEST IN SHOW BEST FALL THEME MOST TEXAN The competition is open to the public at no cost. Any established businesses wishing to participate will be charged a $25 fee. Ready to participate? Submit your application today! Space is limited.
