The Sandwich Summer Craft Festival is a juried outdoor arts & craft event celebrating handmade work during one of Cape Cod’s busiest summer weekends. Produced by Castleberry Fairs, the festival features a carefully curated mix of American-made arts, crafts, and specialty foods.
Exhibitors can expect a professional, well-organized event with an engaged audience of locals and visitors who value quality craftsmanship and the opportunity to meet the artisans behind the work.
Exhibitor Notes
Setup: Friday 3:00–8:00pm and Saturday 7:00–9:00am (noise ordinance prevents set up prior to 7am)
Show Hours: Saturday 10am to 5pm / Sunday 10am to 4pm
Outdoor Setup & Safety: This is a fully outdoor, high-wind location on grass. All canopies must be properly secured with a minimum of 40 lbs per leg (heavier weights strongly recommended).
Application Deposit:
A $100 non-refundable deposit will be charged upon approval. The remaining booth balance will be charged separately according to the payment schedule below.
Payment Timing:
Remaining balances will be charged on or after June 3, 2026. Applications submitted on or after this date will be charged the full booth amount upon approval.
Insurance:
A Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) is required for exhibitors offering consumable goods, including food, candles, personal care, aromatherapy, and similar products.
Specialty Food Exhibitor Requirements — Town of Sandwich
All specialty food exhibitors are required to be licensed by the Town of Sandwich Board of Health prior to selling or sampling food at this event. An additional Town of Sandwich food permit fee will apply.
Important:
Specialty food exhibitors must contact the Sandwich Board of Health directly before applying for a permit. The Health Department will review your proposed products and setup and provide the appropriate application.
Required first step:
- Please email Michelle Raymond, Office Manager, Town of Sandwich Board of Health, with a brief description of:
- The food or beverage products you intend to sell or sample
- Your setup type (mobile unit, tent, table, etc.)

- Michelle will reply with instructions and the correct application to complete and submit.
- Application deadline:
- All completed food permit applications must be submitted to the Town of Sandwich Board of Health no later than July 1.
Onsite documentation required:
Specialty food exhibitors must have the following available at the event:
- Current health permits or licenses
- ServSafe (or equivalent) certification
- Allergen Awareness certification
- Product labels for all items being sold
