Rodeo Event Health & Safety Guidelines To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, participants, and staff, please review and follow these guidelines: General Safety • All attendees must have a valid ticket for entry. 3 and under are free • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. • Please follow posted signage and staff instructions throughout the venue. • No unauthorized access to livestock or performance areas. Animal Safety • Do not approach or feed animals unless permitted by staff. • Keep a safe distance from all rodeo equipment and livestock enclosures. Medical & Emergency • First aid will be available on-site; look for designated stations or ask staff for assistance. • In case of emergency, dial 911 and notify event personnel. • Lost & Found and emergency contacts will be located at the main info booth. Health Precautions • Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the venue. Fire & Weather Safety • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Ticketing & Entry • Tickets must be presented at the gate—digital or printed. • No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals unless otherwise stated. • Re-entry permitted with wristband only.
