The Royal Valentine Craft Festival is a juried indoor arts & craft event celebrating handmade work just in time for Valentine’s Day. Produced by Castleberry Fairs, the festival features over 125 booths of American-made arts, crafts, and specialty foods, supported by live music and a strong promotional campaign.

 

This event attracts shoppers seeking unique, thoughtfully crafted gifts and offers exhibitors a professional, well-organized environment with an emphasis on quality, presentation, and craftsmanship. 

 

Exhibitor Notes:

Event Hours: Sat. 10-5 / Sun. 10-4

·       Setup: Friday 2:00–7:00pm and Saturday 6:00–9:00am

·       Pipe & drape: Provided

·       Electricity: Electrical service must be ordered separately in advance through the Royal Plaza Trade Center using the Exhibitor Services Order Form (provided in document files attached to this application).

·       Insurance: A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required for exhibitors offering consumable goods. (Ex: food, candles, personal-care, aroma-therapy etc.)

·       Food Permits: Specialty food exhibitors must obtain the required temporary food permit through the Marlborough Department of Health.

Admission is valid for both event days. Re-Entry Please have your hand stamped for same day re-entry. Re-entry is permitted throughout the weekend when you exchange your ticket for a next-day pass at the gate. Photography & Media Photography and video may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. Attendance constitutes consent to be photographed or recorded. Weather & Event Changes This is an indoor, rain-or-shine event. Event hours, entertainment, or layout may change due to weather or circumstances beyond our control. Pets Sorry, pets are not permitted at indoor events. Service animals trained to assist a person with a disability are permitted in accordance with the ADA. Refund Policy Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of full event cancellation. Conduct For the safety of all: We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to artisans, staff, or other guests.
