We are now accepting applications from coffee vendors and baked goods vendors to be part of Roast & Rhythm! Hosted at the Barlow Events Venue Saturday, April 25th 10am-3pm. 

 

Roast & Rhythm is a Sunday coffee tasting experience celebrating Sonoma County’s vibrant coffee scene. The event will bring together a curated lineup of local roasters and bakeries for a high-energy day of coffee tastings, DJs, and the best vibes! 

 

With a limited capacity of 500 attendees, guests will explore drinks from participating coffee vendors using tasting tokens while enjoying music, pastries, and photo moments throughout the event. Each token redeemed at your booth will be collected and counted at the end of the event, and coffee vendors will be paid out $2 per token collected.

 

Coffee Vendors
• Vendors will be assigned a 10’ x 10’ booth space.
• Vendors are responsible for bringing their own canopy, tables, equipment, and booth setup.
• Power will be available if needed (please indicate your power needs in the application).
• Vendors will serve tastings using event-provided tasting cups and collect tasting tokens from attendees.
• Coffee vendors will be paid out $2 per token collected at the end of the event.
• Vendors are also welcome to sell retail items such as coffee beans & merchandise.

 

Baked Good/Food Vendors
• Vendors will be assigned a 10’ x 10’ booth space.
• Vendors are responsible for bringing their own canopy, tables, and booth setup.
• Vendors may sell baked goods and packaged treats directly to attendees throughout the event.
