Come and join the experience. R&B Yoga combines R&B music with beginner-friendly yoga techniques.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class welcomes all levels and offers a serene environment to unwind and restore your body.
What should you bring to the session?
~ A big bottle of water | Water is provided and other refreshments are included
~ Yoga mats and/or towel
~ Easy comfortable clothing
~ An open mind and heart
What should I do on the day of the workshop?
~ Eat lightly before – it’s best to breathe on an empty stomach, but something light is ok
~ Hydrate
~ Connect to your heart – practicing meditation or journaling can help prepare you – often times energy can begin to shift as soon as you decide to participate.
