Join us for a regal weekend of elegance, unity, and purpose at the Rabia Joint Charity Ball, presented by Rabia Temple No. 8 and Rabia Court No. 25. Taking place November 7–8, 2025, at the prestigious WJCT Soundstage in Jacksonville, Florida, this unforgettable two-day celebration blends culture, legacy, and philanthropy in true royal fashion.
Guests will enjoy an immersive "Night at the Museum" experience featuring ancient Egyptian-inspired decor, live entertainment, community recognition, and our signature Charity Ball. Weekend participants will also collect exclusive passport stamps throughout the experience, earning a chance to win special prizes in our Legacy Raffle.
All proceeds benefit local charitable initiatives and scholarship programs.

Parking instructions
*Guest Parking for WJCT Soundstage
Primary Parking Lot: Free parking is available directly in front of the WJCT building in the main surface lot. Enter from Festival Park Avenue.
Overflow Parking: Additional free parking is available in the adjacent Metro Park Lot and EverBank Stadium Lot J when marked for public use. Follow event signage or volunteer directions.
Street Parking: Limited metered parking is also available along Bay Street and adjacent streets (free after 6:00 PM on weekdays and all-day weekends).

* Medical Assistance
On-site medical staff will be available throughout the event for any health-related concerns or emergencies.
In case of an emergency, please notify a staff member or event volunteer immediately.
*Cleanliness & Hygiene
Hand sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the venue. Guests are encouraged to sanitize regularly.
Restrooms will be cleaned and stocked regularly by venue staff.
* Illness Policy
If you are feeling unwell, experiencing flu-like symptoms, or have been recently exposed to a contagious illness, please prioritize your health and the safety of others by refraining from attending in person.
* General Safety
Event security and volunteers will be on-site to monitor crowd flow, assist with concerns, and provide directions.
Please follow all posted signage and instructions from staff and security personnel.
Be mindful of personal belongings. The event is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
