Parking instructions
Load-in instructions will be emailed to each vendor the week of the event. Food trucks and vendors with trailers must arrive early so they will be in position prior to the vendors with tents arriving. Late arrival may result in it being placed on the edge of the event or wherever space is available.

Health & safety
Vendors are responsible for obtaining any required permits and licenses prior to the event. A Certificate of Insurance must be provided by food vendors and a copy should be provided in this application.

We’re seeking talented vendors whose medium is fiber art for the upcoming Quilt & Fiber Art Show and Sale in Havana, Florida on November 1, 2025.

If you work in:

We invite you to bring your heirloom quilt to the Quilt & Fiber Art Show and Sale to display the rich history of your family. Whether it's a treasured piece passed down through generations or a quilt that tells a meaningful story, your heirloom helps preserve and celebrate our shared heritage through the art of quilting.

Terms & Conditions
Vendors must have permits and licenses as required by law and adhere to all safety procedures as required. Items being sold must be handmade, or hand crafted such as art mediums, jewelry, candles, crafted items, carvings, metal work and handmade goods . NO COMMERCIALLY purchased items may be sold. Vendors are responsible for providing all necessary equipment, tables, tents, etc. Event officials reserve the right to refuse the display/sale of any item that is offensive, obscene, or otherwise not in keeping with the family atmosphere of the festival. No political materials or decorations are allowed. Electricity is limited and must be requested and paid for at the time of application. Each booth granted electricity will be allowed an outlet and must provide own 100-foot heavy-duty outdoor UL approved extension cord. Vendors cooking food onsite must have tents made fire retardant materials. Vendor must recapture any wastewater, cooking materials and all personal trash. Vendors are responsible for site cleanup at the time of the event closure and vendors must carry boxes and packing materials with them. Tents and equipment must remain inside the rented booth space. Sidewalks must be kept clear for shoppers. Vendors may not set up chairs, boxes or other items on the sidewalks. No pets are allowed. Vendors must remain in place until 4:00 unless otherwise advised by the Event Coordinator. Vendor fees are non-refundable due to expenses incurred by Havana Main Street to support the event.
