Welcome to the registration page for our 8th Annual Havana Main Street quilt event.  We're thrilled you're interested in showcasing and/or selling your wonderful creations. Below, you'll find the options to register for participation.  This year's event has expanded to celebrate the art of quilting and creativity with fiber art.  We are inviting the public to sell quilts and/or display quilts.  We are also offering the opportunity for individuals who create items with any fiber medium to participate as a vendor.

Join us for a celebration of quilting artistry, creativity, and community at the 8th Annual Havana Main Street Quilt & Fiber Art Show & Sale! This expanded event will feature a stunning, curated selection of quilts— many available for purchase and others on display for inspiration and admiration.
✨ Special Feature: Quilts of Valor
In a heartfelt tribute to our veterans, a dedicated Quilt of Valor section will honor members of the armed forces with quilts symbolizing gratitude and sacrifice.

								Load-in instructions will be emailed to each vendor the week of the event. Food trucks and vendors with trailers must arrive early so they will be in position prior to the vendors with tents arriving. Late arrival may result in it being placed on the edge of the event or wherever space is available.

								Vendors are responsible for obtaining any required permits and licenses prior to the event. A Certificate of Insurance must be provided by food vendors and a copy should be provided in this application.
