Immerse yourself in the ultimate autumn celebration at Pumpkin BooLooza! Join us for a vibrant evening filled with family-friendly fun and festive activities. Don't forget your costumes for trick-or-treating! Little ghouls and goblins can collect sweet treats from various booths throughout the event. The City of Princeton is only accepting Food Vendors for this event. The City reserves the right to not select applicants.

Directions

Parking instructions

Every vendor will be given a parking map and pass the week before the event. This map will show the entrance for you and the direction of travel. All vendors will be inspected by the Health Inspector on-site prior to the event starting. Vendor set up will be from 11 AM to 3 PM. Health inspections will begin promptly at 3 PM.

Immerse yourself in the ultimate autumn celebration at Pumpkin BooLooza! Join us for a vibrant evening filled with family-friendly fun and festive activities on Saturday, October 17, 2026. Don't forget your costumes for trick-or-treating! Little ghouls and goblins can collect sweet treats from various booths throughout the event.

Parking: All vendors will receive a VIP parking pass and a map a week before the event.

Set-Up: Vendor set-up will be from 11 AM to 3 PM. All vehicles must be out of the park by 2:45 PM.

Takedown: For safety reasons, you may only take down your booth once the event is over. Vehicles may only enter the vendor row once the crowd has left the area. You will have until 10:00 P.M. to take your booth down. The park will close promptly at 10:30 P.M.

The City of Princeton, Texas, greatly appreciates your interest in the City of Princeton’s Pumpkin Boolooza. Please be advised that the City has the right—in its sole and absolute discretion and based on any relevant facts and/or circumstances including, without limitation, duplicate vendor item, failure to meet application submittal deadlines, failure to submit appropriate documents in a timely manner—to grant or deny, in whole or in part, any application for a permit for the above-mentioned event. Thus, for the avoidance of confusion, you hereby agree, understand, and acknowledge that the mere submittal of an application does not, in any way, guarantee a subsequent permit issued by the City, as the City is in no way obligated to issue a permit to any applicant. Once again, thank you for your interest in the above-mentioned event. The City will be in contact with you regarding the status of your application. In accordance with the event guidelines, 20% of sales from the event are required
