Prosper Christmas Festival 2025

The Prosper Christmas Festival is the Town’s signature event! Hosted at Prosper Town Hall the first Saturday in December, the festive celebration is a wonderland of holiday attractions and entertainment!  In addition to its many main attractions, the festival offers inviting booth spaces where visitors mingle and shop for holiday gifts and treats. Beloved traditions such as Santa’s Workshop, the Kids Christmas Shoppe, the Kid Zone, Santa's Selfie Station, and a cookie decorating station make this event truly special! The Community Stage showcases local talent, including school choirs, musicians, and dancers, adding to the holiday atmosphere. As evening falls, children gather with the Mayor for the highly anticipated countdown to the Community Tree Lighting, followed by a drone show.  The Prosper Rotary Club Christmas Parade kicks off the event prior to the festival. Hallmarks of the festival offer enchanting experiences for all ages and include the annual Community Tree Lighting, festive main attractions and holiday performances, and distinctive shopping opportunities. 

A limited number of spaces are available for Nonprofit 501(c)3 organizations this year. Exhibit spaces are 10x10 and will be set up with white canopies, bistro lights, and electricity. (You will be required to bring an extension cord.)

A limited number of Hometown spaces are available this year. Family-focused Prosper-area businesses are preferred.

Hometown exhibit spaces are 10x10 and will be set up with white canopies, bistro lights and electricity. (You will be required to bring an extension cord.)

In response to requests to increase for increased items for sale at the event, the Artisan area will be expanded this year. Additionally, applications will be approved through a juried process. Products for sale and display will be reviewed using the following criteria: quality; saleability to the Prosper community; and appropriateness for the event. Handmade, upscale, and items suitable for Christmas gifts will receive special consideration.
