We are seeking Food Truck vendors who prepare and sell ready-to-eat food from a mobile unit.
Requirements:
- Must be in compliance with all State and Local ordinances, both for food preparation and equipment.
- Pass on-site Health Department inspection, if required.
- Provide space dimensions to include tent and trailer with hitch and generator.
- Up-to-date Fire Code Paperwork per the County/State requirements. This may include Hood Inspections, Hood Cleanings, Gas Leak Detections, Fire Extinguisher tags etc.
All Food Truck Vendors must upload the required documentation listed below:
- Food license
- Base of Operation Permit
- Base of Operation Inspection Report
- Mobile Unit Permit
- Mobile Unit Inspection Report
- Powhatan County Authorization to Operate (Only applicable to out of county food trucks)

Requirements/Guidelines:
- Must provide a copy of 501(c)(3) determination letter.
- Collect food/drinks but CANNOT sell them.
- Solicit donations. (raffle tickets, etc.)
- Sell or Hand out awareness products to bring awareness to your organizations needs as well as services you provide.
