Celebrate midsummer with us at our Strawberry Moon Festival, a Litha-inspired gathering held on the eve of June’s full moon. This is a time of light, abundance, and shared magic... An invitation to come together in community, honor the season’s sweetness, and welcome the energy of growth and connection.

Parking instructions
We kindly request that vendors and volunteers park next door at Costco Corporates garage. Please utilize their outdoor parking and take the walking path back to the Pickering Barn.

After approval:
- your payment on file will be charged.
- Send your Health Department permit for the Pickering Barn in Issaquah as soon as possible. Deadline is 1/11/2026.
- Anyone preparing food on site - send your COI with AEI for the Pickering Barn
We will also need to know if you have passed a recent inspection or if you are exempt.

Setup & Parking

9:30AM-11:30 AM Vendor arrival & setup
Food Trucks - Please arrive by 9:30AM. Arriving later will make it difficult to navigate around other cars unloading.
We will be on site at 9AM and can help you get into your space then.

12:00PM - 5PM (setup 9:30 AM; final load-out by 7:00 PM including outdoor vendors)

$5 Donation requested- not required.
Registered Service Animals only inside. Friendly Familiars on leash welcome outside as the Pickering Barn is in a City of Issaquah public park.
Discrimination and Sticky fingers strictly prohibited. First offense - you will be escorted out.
