2 chairs per space (additional available by request).
Optional: 6’ tables for rent – $15 each (30 available, first come/first served).

Setup & Parking

Sunday 6/28/2026

9:30AM-11:30 AM Vendor arrival & setup
Bring your own cart if possible (limited carts available).
Bring your own tables, unless you would like to rent one.($15 - limited)
Unload near the barn, then re-park.
Vendor parking at Costco garage next door (map to be provided).
Please leave closest spots for ADA and community needs.

7PM load out must be complete by all vendors, including outside.

🍓Booth Decor (Encouraged!)

Join in the festive spirit!
Ideas: Vendors are encouraged to decorate with Strawberry Moon & Litha-inspired elements such as lunar accents, florals, herbs, warm light, harvest textures, and symbols of abundance and growth. Strawberries optional, magic encouraged.

✖ Please do not tape items to walls or use tacks that create holes.

After approval:

• your payment on file will be charged. 
• Send your Health Department permit for the Pickering Barn in Issaquah as soon as possible. Deadline is 1/11/2026.
• Anyone preparing food on site - send your COI with AEI for the Pickering Barn

We will also need to know if you have passed a recent inspection or if you are exempt.

Food Trucks - Please arrive by 9:30AM. Arriving later will make it difficult to navigate around other cars unloading.

We will be on site at 9AM and can help you get into your space then.
