PNW Witches' Market Beltane 2026 🗓️ Sunday May 3, 2026 📍 Lynnwood Event Center in Lynnwood, WA 🔮Market Hours: 12PM - 5PM This event takes place across two floors and the lobbies of the LEC. The is ground level access to both floors as well as an elevator inside! Join us as we celebrate Beltane, a joyful turning of the Wheel that honors growth, creativity, and the return of vibrant life. This spring gathering invites our community to come together in connection, magic, and renewal. Wander the market, support local makers, and share in the warmth of the season. All respectful paths are welcome, and curiosity is encouraged. Witchy Vendors ~ Performances ~ Food Trucks ~ Candles ~Spiritual Guides~ Astrologers ~ Tarot ~ Crystals ~ Brooms ~ Plants ~ and more! Event day performance and workshop schedule to be announced closer to the event. *Lynnwood Event Center website offers more information under their "Getting Here" button.* VENDORS: Application is not open to the general public at this time. Stay tuned! It will open after the new year!

Parking instructions

Public Transit highly encouraged. The Lynnwood Event Center offers 400 complimentary parking spaces for guests, with additional overflow parking. We kindly ask that you do not park in spaces marked “No Convention Center Parking” as these spaces are reserved for our retail tenants and guests. We ask that guests do not park at Schoener Square (Lamps Plus/Fed Ex). Thank you!

Beltane 2026 inside the Lynnwood Event Center

Food Trucks will be outside. Food trucks must work directly with the Lynnwood Event Center(LEC).

All other Food Vendors may use this application.

Notes:

Single 6' or 8' table provided for 8' x 8' and 10' x 10' spaces.
2 chairs for every booth space.
5' x 5' spaces please bring your own tables (4' x 4' tables recommended)
Larger spaces may bring additional tables and grids.
Canopy frames are allowed.
Must bring your own table coverings.
You must maintain within your alloted booth space.
Corner preference will be allowed for additional $20 charge.
Additional vendors outside will be considered only if we fill the inside.
LEC will block hotel rooms for us and provide a link for discounts at hotels within walking distance.
Maypole will be outside at the front of the LEC.

🧹 Market Schedule:

There will be a brief window of time for vendors to unload and set-up the day before on Saturday 5/2/2026. I will let you know more about this as we get closer to event day!
Tiered timing for load in on event day will be established closer to event day.

This event is held at a private venue and is not a public park. All attendees are expected to be respectful of the venue, staff, vendors, volunteers, and fellow guests. Signage or materials intended to condemn, target, or harass others are not permitted. PNW Witches’ Market reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals carrying large or intrusive signage inside the venue. Voice amplification is not allowed onsite unless pre-approved by the Lynnwood Event Center. Thank you for helping us create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space for our entire community.
