Philly Flannel Fest 2025

We invite your corporation to join us as a vendor at the Philly Flannel Fest, an event that promises to be an unforgettable celebration of autumn. In 2023 we hosted over 1,000 guests!  In 2024 we hosted 1400 guest and unofficially broke the the Guiness World Record for largest gathering of people wearing flannels (1,359 in Ontario.)

This event is taking place at the newly renovated Braid Mill in Germantown Area of Philadelphia.  Your business will have the choice of being outdoors alongside the food trucks or indoors with small business vendors.

The ticket fee for guests is Pay What You Wish. 

Review Process: After you submit your application, our team will conduct a thorough review of your work to consider you for the event within 48 hours. If selected and approved, your registration fee will be charged. 
 
Setup Details: All vendors are required to bring their own tables, grid panels displays, equipment, etc. for presentation.

Micro Business Vendors such as artists, entrepreneurs, and craft vendors are welcome to showcase their businesses at the Philly Flannel Fest, an autumn themed block party celebrating every thing we all love about the season. 

If your business has less than 2 employees this is application for you.
 
This event is taking place at the newly renovated Braid Mill in Germantown Area of Philadelphia. This is an indoor/outdoor event with live music, dj's, and fall themed food and fun.
 
It is open to the public and tickets are pay what you wish for the first 1000 guests.
