Health & safety

If you are not currently licensed in Panama City Beach, you must ensure your health permits are up to date before the festival. You are also required to have a recent fire inspection and an up-to-date, tagged fire extinguisher on your truck or trailer. These items are mandatory for participation — failure to have them may result in being unable to vend at the event. Please take care of this immediately to avoid any issues on festival day.

Terms & Conditions

After the event, all vendors are required to pay a 1% fee to the City of Panama City Beach. FTFA will not be collecting this fee, so you’ll need to submit it directly to the city following the festival. If you still owe the 1% fee from last year’s festival, it must be paid in full before you can participate in this year’s event. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
