This application is for experienced talent handlers who will support and facilitate the needs of our guest actors throughout the duration of the show. Handlers play a key role in ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive experience for both the talent and the convention team. Handlers may assist with tasks such as: -Coordinating guest schedules, including panels, autographs, photo ops, and breaks -Escorting talent to and from designated areas -Communicating updates between the talent and convention staff -Managing line flow and attendee interactions to maintain a safe and organized environment -Supporting any logistical needs that arise during the event -Upholding event protocols, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times Applicants should be comfortable working in fast‑paced environments, interacting with large crowds, and adapting to changing schedules. Prior experience in guest relations, convention staffing, or talent handling is strongly preferred.
