Parking instructions
To ensure smooth setup and a positive experience for all, please follow these parking and unloading guidelines: Unloading Vendors are welcome to pull up to the spaces closest to the green for unloading. Please unload your items promptly and move your vehicle as soon as you're done to avoid congestion in the setup area. Festival staff may be on hand to help direct traffic and assist if needed. Vendor Parking After unloading, please move your vehicle to the designated vendor parking area, located near the apartments. This helps free up the closer spaces for festival attendees and keeps the area around the green safe and accessible. Thank you for your cooperation!

Health & safety
To ensure a safe and smooth event for all participants, we ask that all vendors follow these basic health and safety rules during the festival. Your cooperation is essential in helping us maintain a safe and welcoming environment. 1. On-Site Medical Support A nurse will be present on site for the duration of the festival. A clearly marked First Aid Station will be available for anyone in need of medical attention. If you or someone nearby requires assistance, please notify a festival steward or staff member immediately. 2. Drug and Alcohol Policy This is a strictly drug- and alcohol-free event. No drugs or alcohol are permitted on site by vendors, staff, or attendees. Any vendor found in possession of, or under the influence of, drugs or alcohol may be asked to leave and will not be invited back to future events. 3. Vendor Setup and Equipment Please ensure your stall, tent, or setup is safe and secure, particularly in case of wind or rain. Avoid creating trip hazards by keeping cables, boxes, and other equipment tidy and out of walkways. All vendor areas must be kept clean and free of clutter during operating hours. 4. Emergency Awareness In the event of an emergency or evacuation, please follow the instructions of festival staff or security. Make note of your nearest exit when you arrive and keep paths clear.

Deadline: Sep 06, 2025

Thank you for your interest in participating as an author vendor at our upcoming festival! We welcome authors of all genres—including fiction, nonfiction, poetry, children's books, young adult, memoir, and more. Each accepted vendor will be provided with a 10-foot booth space. Authors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, signage, and any display materials they wish to use.

Setup for booths begins at 7:00 AM, and all booths must be fully set up by 9:30 AM. You may pull up near the green to unload your materials; however, once unloaded, all vehicles must be moved to the vendor parking area located near the apartments to allow attendees access to closer parking. Breakdown is not permitted until the end of the event—early breakdowns are not allowed out of respect for fellow vendors and guests. All booth spaces must be fully cleared and cleaned up by the designated breakdown time.

This is a drug- and alcohol-free event, and we ask all vendors to maintain a professional, respectful presence throughout the festival. Food and beverages may not be sold at author booths, though you are welcome to bring your own refreshments for personal use. Booths must be staffed at all times during open hours.
