Thank you for your interest in participating as an author vendor at our upcoming festival! We welcome authors of all genres—including fiction, nonfiction, poetry, children's books, young adult, memoir, and more. Each accepted vendor will be provided with a 10-foot booth space. Authors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, signage, and any display materials they wish to use.
Setup for booths begins at 7:00 AM, and all booths must be fully set up by 9:30 AM. You may pull up near the green to unload your materials; however, once unloaded, all vehicles must be moved to the vendor parking area located near the apartments to allow attendees access to closer parking. Breakdown is not permitted until the end of the event—early breakdowns are not allowed out of respect for fellow vendors and guests. All booth spaces must be fully cleared and cleaned up by the designated breakdown time.
This is a drug- and alcohol-free event, and we ask all vendors to maintain a professional, respectful presence throughout the festival. Food and beverages may not be sold at author booths, though you are welcome to bring your own refreshments for personal use. Booths must be staffed at all times during open hours.
