Deadline: Apr 22, 2026

Welcome to the 2026 Spring Heart of the Valley Home Show submision process! This application is for any company with 5 or more owners/employees. If a company has fewer employees, please use our Small Business Application.

All submissions are now through this electronic application. Exhibitors must provide a credit or debit card during the application process; once the Exhibitor application is approved by OH&HE, the card will be charged the full booth fee. Based on expenses incurred by OH&HE in producing and marketing the show, $150 of the booth fee is considered a non-refundable administrative fee.

If an Exhibitor cannot pay by credit card, they should email OH&HE BEFORE submitting their vendor application. OH&HE may choose to accept company checks as long as they arrive 3 weeks prior to the start of the show.

As part of the application, vendors can request their top 3 booth choices and sign the Exhibitor Handbook electronically. As an exhibitor, it is your responsibility to become familiar with and abide by the rules and guidelines in the Oregon Hearth and Home Events (OH&HE) Exhibitor Handbook found below. It is also your responsibility to make sure that all staff or volunteers who are working in the booth also follow the rules.

Discount codes:

RETURN50 is the discount code for returning Commercial Exhibitors to receive $50.00 off per booth

3BOOTHS is the discount code to receive 10% off your invoice if reserving 3+ booths

If you have any questions, contact Kelly Tynon via Office@OregonHearthAndHomeEvents.com or 503-383-1224.
